Does the system work without internet?
Yes. The business administration is an Excel-based system that runs on your own computers. Internet is only needed for cloud back-ups and remote support.
How many users can work with it?
Unlimited. You pay once for the licence and there are no monthly fees per user.
How long does implementation take?
Six months. Daily bookkeeping runs in the first month; tax, payroll, purchasing, sales and reporting follow.
Does it handle Surinamese VAT and payroll tax?
Yes. Net-to-gross, lump sums, AOV, VAT rates and the tax calendar are built in.
Can I work in SRD, USD and EUR?
Yes. Every entry can be in SRD, USD or EUR, with the daily rate of the Central Bank of Suriname. Exchange differences are booked automatically.
What do I need?
Windows computers with Microsoft Excel (365 or 2016 and later), with macros allowed.
What if something does not work?
During implementation we help you straight away. Afterwards you can choose a maintenance contract with updates, fault repair and requested changes.
